Here at AzailYana, we believe in quality over quantity. Since all of our products are hand produced and hand poured in small batches, your order may take up to 7 business days to process before shipping.
AzailYana ships ground to all 50 states within the U.S.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or service interruptions.

Due to the low melting point of some of the ingredients in our products, they may be at risk of melting during shipping. During summer months (June 1 – September 30), there will be a $0.25 cent shipping fee added to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping. This fee covers the cost of an ice pack to ensure products don’t melt.
Please be aware that melted products are still viable, but the texture may change.

All sales are final. Because our products are handmade in small batches, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Exceptions may be made if there was a mistake on our end or if products arrive damaged. (Melted products are not considered damaged. The texture might change but the products are still viable.)
If there are any issues with your order (wrong items or damage), please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Refund requests outside of this time frame will not be accepted. If you are approved for a return, you have the option of a replacement item or store credit for another product.

Some of our products contain almond oil. If you have a nut allergy or sensitivity, please be sure to check the ingredients on a product before use. If you are unsure if a product will cause a reaction, talk to your doctor before trying it. AzailYana is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by our products.
